Order Confirmations

You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions. FREE UK Shipping Orders to the value of £35.00 or more will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE by our Standard Delivery method.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Standard Delivery
Our Standard Shipping services is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and can take up to 3-5 working days at just £2.50. A signature will be required on delivery.

Next Day Delivery
Sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day at £6.95. A signature will be required on delivery. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform Royal Mail of the missing parcel. We will not be able to offer you a replacement until 15 working days after you have contacted us. This is because we are bound by Royal Mail’s process of locating lost items. If a parcel can not be located, we will contact you with the option of a replacement or refund if the items are no longer available.
