UK Returns
We will refund or exchange all products returned within 7 days of the delivered date on the basis that items are unopened and unused in a 're-saleable' condition. Please ensure items are returned using a Tracking Service i.e. Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
For refunds we will credit you direct to your credit or debit card used at the point of sale within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). PayPal refunds will be sent back to the PayPal account used for the transaction.
| IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to hygiene and health reasons we can not accept returns for items sold without manufacturing seals. These include mascara, lash products, lip gloss, lip sticks, liquid eyeliner, eye & lip pencils and nail polish.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. |
Gift wrapping is non-refundable.
To return your item(s) please contact us by email (returnsvanitysanity.co.uk) quoting your full name and order number. We will then issue you with a returns code which will must include on the returning parcel.

Faulty Returns Policy
Although we take great care to ensure all products are in perfect condition before shipping, if in the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged or is faulty, please notify us by email within 2 days of receipt of your order.
Once we have received the goods we will send you a replacement or if the item is no longer available refund you the cost of your item only, we can not refund shipping costs.
